We are thrilled to announce the winner of this year’s Jimmy Peck Educator Award, a distinction that recognizes outstanding educators currently employed by Woodward Public Schools.
This award was established to honor the legacy of Coach Jimmy Peck, a beloved former longtime Woodward High School educator and coach. It honors those who demonstrate excellence, dedication, and a passion for serving our students—just as Coach Peck did.
This year's recipient is Nathan Jones!
Mr. Jones is an invaluable part of the Woodward team, where he teaches Algebra at the High School, coaches Girls HS Basketball, and coaches MS Slow Pitch Softball.
Congratulations, Coach Jones! Thank you for your hard work and commitment to educating and inspiring the youth of Woodward.

The 26-27 school year is just around the corner and the Early Childhood Center is eager to get ready for your PreK student. If you have a little one the will be 4 years old on or before September 1st you can now enroll them for the 26-27 school year. Please call the ECC (580-256-2561) if you have any questions. The enrollment form can be found on our school website under student enrollment, remember to click on the 26-27 enrollment.

BUS SIGN UP
Woodward Parents, If your child(ren) will be riding the school bus to or from school you need to get them signed up. You do this by going to www.woodwardps.net – menu- departments- Bus sign up/handbook or on the “woodward public schools,ok” app. The form is located in more.
If you wish you can to go to the Transportation Office located on Boomer Lane on east side of the high school to fill the paperwork, but know this may take you longer. Office hours are 7:30am - 3:00pm Monday – Thursday. If you have any questions call 580-256-3245.
