New Enrollment Process Information
Woodward Public Schools is excited to bring parents a new and innovative way to enroll Pre-K through 12th grade students for the 2015-16 school year. As we begin to work through the process, there are important steps to follow.
In order to enroll students who attended Woodward Public Schools last year, parents will need a web link called a snap code. This link will be sent to parents who have a current email address on file with PowerSchool, our student information system. Your email is current if you’ve used PowerSchool Parent Portal or received emails from the school last year. If you do not receive an email notification by Monday, you will need to update your email with your school. After receiving your notification, follow the link to begin the enrollment process. Parents will first be required to create an account. Fill out all information and forms requested online. All information will remain confidential. During the Review and Submission step at the end of registration, any fields showing up red as “Required” must be corrected or completed. InfoSnap provides online assistance as you complete the registration process.
After parents submit the enrollment, the Free/Reduced Application is available on the next screen.
Site placement at the Elementary Schools will be determined by boundary lines and proof of address upon enrollment.
For those unable to complete the enrollment process online or those needing to update current email addresses to receive the enrollment snap code, help will be available. Due to construction, this will be done at the High School. Parents of students with last names beginning with A-M may go to the High School Wednesday, August 5 from 9 AM – 3 PM to enroll. Last names beginning with N-Z may enroll August 6 from 9-3 as well. Friday, August 7 from 9-3 will be for parents who missed their designated day to enroll their students. School secretaries will be available at the High School on these days to assist with the online enrollment process and to provide snap codes.
Students new to the district or not completing the online enrollment will need to enroll in person.
Check your email for your InfoSnap link. Online enrollment will go live on Monday, August 3 and close Tuesday, August 11 at 12AM.
